Your Voice Matters
Whether you know it or not, you’re likely already a leader in your own life.
Are you on the PTO or helping with school fundraising for your children? Active in a local church or community center? In a leadership role in the workplace or running your household as a stay-at-home parent?
All of these showcase different sets of leadership skills, and they’re skills you can use to empower yourself to speak up for your rights. At Women4Change, we want to help you find your voice and your tribe, and connect with mentors.
Discover how you can become a changemaker in your community!
Civil Discourse
Given the current political crisis, listening to hear and emphasizing civil discourse is essential.
Every individual’s background is unique, and some people may have alternative lived experiences and viewpoints. Civil discourse establishes ground rules for discussion and creates empathy, so that we can learn from others.
We believe much of this starts with the kids. It’s a learned skill, starting in toddlerhood and continuing throughout our lifetimes. This is where our Youth Engage! Curriculum comes in. We also offer resources for adults.
