Redistricting Reform

  • Julia M. Carson Government Center 300 East Fall Creek Parkway North Drive Indianapolis, IN, 46205 United States (map)

Redistricting benefits everyone -- not just the party in power.

For the 2014 mid-term elections only 28% of Hoosiers turned out to vote earning us the "honor" of having the lowest voter turnout in the nation. Many of our state legislative races are decided in the primary elections and only one candidate appears on the November ballot. This is not good for our state. Join us for a lively debate to learn why competitive races are critical for the heath of our democracy. Learn how we can make the system work the right way!
