The terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) on this page govern your relationship with Women4Change Indiana (“W4C,” “we,” or “us”) as well as your use and obligations related to this Site, women4changeindiana.org (“Site”).  By using this Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please exit the Site. These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically and without prior notice. We encourage you to read through this content regularly to stay informed of this disclaimer and any changes to our Terms and Conditions.

The Site is available as a resource for your personal, non-commercial use, and may not be used as a part of any advertisement, promotion, or other commercial endeavor. You shall not change, tamper, dismantle, augment, misrepresent, modify, reproduce, disseminate, or frame any of the content contained on the Site without the express, advance written consent of W4C.  You shall not use the Site in any way that causes detriment to W4C, is derogatory or brings W4C into disrepute. You agree that access to and use of the Site are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply for all issues regarding this Site shall be governed by the laws of the United States and in the State of Indiana.

This site is intended for U.S. operations and is not intended to be subject to the laws or jurisdictions of any other country or territory. Site content is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws and W4C trademarks may not be used without authorization.

Mobile/Text Campaigns

Women4Change Indiana uses mobile campaigns to provide subscribers with updates, event invitations, donation asks, and voting reminders.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at admin@women4changeindiana.org.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can expect to receive no more than 2 text message(s) per day from Women4Change Indiana.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
